Description

In this group project, we conducted a scientific comparison of three apps aimed at reducing smartphone and social media usage. Our study involved a week-long observation, which suggested that users generally found these apps beneficial in reducing their smartphone time. Building on these insights, we designed the scientific poster “Apps, die andere Apps einschränken: Eine Analyse von Erfahrungsberichten”. The poster presents a comparative analysis of three apps, highlighting how they help users manage screen time, promote mindfulness, and develop healthier digital habits. This project provided hands-on experience in conducting research, interpreting user feedback, and presenting findings in a clear, visual format.
