microsite

The aim of this project was to engage more deeply with typography in a digital environment. Focusing on the Google

Font PT Sans Narrow, the project explored its condensed proportions, rhythm, and distinctive character. A one-pager prototype was created to present both typographic information and visual experiments, making the qualities of the typeface accessible and tangible. The combination of informative content and a strong visual identity shows how a font can function not only as a tool for readability but also as a central design element in digital design.

Description

For this project, the typeface PT Sans Narrow was selected. The microsite was designed and prototyped in Figma, focusing on presenting the typeface in a clear and structured way. It highlighted essential information such as the type designer, the history of the font, and its range of glyphs. To create a strong visual identity, the design was based on a palette of neon green, and dark grey, which contrasted with the clean and modern qualities of the typeface itself. This combination of typographic content and bold color choices created a cohesive onepager that not only explained the characteristics of PT Sans Narrow, but also demonstrated how visual design decisions can emphasize and frame the personality of a font within a digital interface.
